Turquoise accents in a graphic interior

Despite the graphic interior design, Stacy Cohen’s apartment is surprisingly cozy. “My goal was to make the apartment comfortable, homely and modern, but not minimalistic,” says the 29-year-old designer of her own home in downtown Toronto.
Stacey, who heads Interiors by Stacey Cohen, has transformed the apartment from an empty shell into a delightfully youthful space brimming with personality. Her interior is completely neutral, with accents of venomous turquoise in the accessories.
The door of the bathroom is painted turquoise, the recesses of the panel are covered with white glossy paint for contrast.

A magnificent sparkling lamp above a stylish velor sofa, finished with decorative nails, emphasizes the height of the room.

In the working corner, white glossy shelves seem to be floating in the air. In the hallway, signs from the New York subway add graphic appeal and accentuate the high ceilings.
Workplace
