Metal tile coatings

The most inexpensive polymer coating for metal tiles is polyester based on polyester paint. It is ideal for hot and cold climates, however it has low mechanical stability. That is why it is important not to scratch it during the delivery and installation work.

Matte polyester has all the advantages of regular glossy polyester, but has a more pleasant appearance due to the multidirectional reflection of light from the surface. A metal tile covered with matte polyester looks much richer.

Pural is a universal glossy coating for climates with a large temperature difference. Its mechanical resistance and coating thickness are much higher than ordinary polyester.

Plastisol is the thickest coating up to 200 microns. An embossing is applied on its surface, imitating the relief of the skin, a dashed notch, due to which the roof covered with the “plastisol” metal tile does not give glare. It is very difficult to damage this coating, but plastisol has the lowest upper working temperature.
