For a brick barbecue, a small foundation is needed — about 100×100 cm in size and about 10 cm deep. A reinforcing mesh is laid on it and a brick is laid out. If you want to save money, you can use broken brick for the internal masonry of the barbecue and stone for the outside.

For frying itself, it is advisable to use a stainless steel grill grid, which will be easy to clean later and which will not be affected by rust.
